Before your visit, please read the house rules and code of conduct for the playground, which all visitors must follow for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Important:  For safety reasons, please stay home if your child is sick or has a fever.

Admission Conditions & Playground Rules

  1. The indoor playground is intended for children aged 1.5 to 15 only when accompanied by parents or
    another responsible adult over 18 years old; children must not be the accompanying
    left alone by the accompanying adult.
  2.  Throughout the premises, children are solely the responsibility of the person accompanying them. For any injury or material damage caused by irresponsible and unsafe behavior,
    the accompanying person bears sole responsibility.
  3. Management and staff bear no responsibility for any injuries or accidents to children and visitors that occur on the premises of the Baby Shark indoor children's playground.
  4.  Before entering the premises, you must observe the following conditions:
    – children must wash their hands before entering the playground,
    – bringing animals and toys that are not part of the playground equipment onto the premises is prohibited,
    – strictly forbidden to enter the playground with food, chewing gum, drinks
    – children must remove their shoes before entering the playground and move around wearing only socks,
    – before entering the playground, children must take off scarves, windbreakers and coats, because hanging drawstrings can cause accidents,
    – entry with sharp objects such as scissors, knives, keys, hairpins, glasses, etc. is prohibited,
    – only healthy persons with no viral or bacterial
    infectious disease, signs of a cold or signs of illness. Staff reserve the right not to admit a visibly ill child/person into the premises of the Baby Shark indoor children's playground,
    – smoking is prohibited on the premises,
    – entry is prohibited for persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
  5. All visitors are required to familiarize themselves with the playground rules before entering,
    which are part of these house rules.
  6. The operator reserves the right to deny entry to persons which raise legitimate
    doubts about compliance with these house rules – e.g. persons
    under the influence of alcohol, insufficient hygiene, excessive noise, aggressive behavior, etc. Assessment of the facts is at the discretion of staff Baby Shark facility and
    such persons may be excluded from the playground without any entitlement to a refund of the admission fee paid.
  7. Children with aggressive behavior will be excluded from the playground without entitlement to any refund
    of the admission fee paid. Assessment of a child's aggressive behavior is at the discretion of Baby Shark staff. Baby Shark personnel may act in the same way if they identify a bacterial or viral illness in a child or adult visitor.
  8. Provided the above conditions are met, visitors will pay a fee in accordance with the current restrict entry according to the price list upon arrival at the facility.
  9. Management reserves the right to make any changes to opening hours and pricing without prior notice.
  10. If the playground reaches a capacity of 100 children, staff will restrict entry to the playground zone and in this

Obligations of visitors to the facility

1. Visitors are required to observe cleanliness and order at the playground.
2. The parent or responsible adult must not leave a child unattended.
3. If the premises or equipment become soiled, the visitor is required to immediately to remedy the damage.
4. Visitors are required to to inform staff of injuries, accidents and property damage that occurred on the premises.
5. In the event of damage to toys or other facility equipment, the parent or other responsible person is obliged compensate for the damage on the spot in full.
6. After finishing activities at the playground, visitors are required to clean up.

1. Before entering the playground, children must wash their hands.
2. Children must not run in the playground area or climb on the structure, to climb on the protective nets, climb up slides and chutes against the direction of use, play aggressively, collide with each other on children's bikes, and chase one another.
3. Entry to the playground with animals or toys that are not part of the playground equipment is prohibited.
4. Strictly forbidden entry to the playground with food, chewing gum, drinks.
5. Before entering the playground, children must remove their shoes and move around the playground only in socks.
6. Before entering the playground, children must take off scarves, windbreakers, coats and necklaces, because hanging drawstrings can cause accidents.
7. Strictly forbidden entry with sharp objects such as scissors, knives, keys, hairpins, glasses and others.
8. Do not enter the playground if you are ill.
9. Fighting is not allowed at the playground.
10. Children's bikes may only be used in the area designated for cycling.
11. On the small trampoline, a maximum of 2 children may be present at once; on the large trampoline, a maximum of 4 children.
12. For children younger than 3 years (1.5–3 years) has a designated play children's corner.
