When we receive your booking request:
- Our staff will contact you to verify your details and date.
- If your chosen date is already booked, we will contact you and suggest an alternative date.
- If you are satisfied with the reservation, we will ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the birthday package price.
- Once the deposit is paid, we will confirm your reservation.
