Important Information
What should you know before the party begins?
Please arrive at the party 15 minutes early. The responsible adult will pay for the party
fee and our staff will then take you to the themed birthday room you selected during booking.
What if you need to cancel the birthday party?
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of a booked party, or a change in the number of children, please inform us at least 36 hours before the party. If you cancel your reservation at least 36 hours in advance, half of the reservation fee will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled less than 36 hours before the party, the fee will be non-refundable.
How can you book a date?
Choose your package and theme, and book your party online or in person with the staff at Baby Shark. Book your date at least 72 hours in advance.
A deposit of 50% of the package price must be paid when booking.
Terms and Rules
During the party, all visitors are required to observe the house rules Shark playground. All adults get free admission; during the party there should be at least at least 2 adults must supervise the children.
You are not allowed to bring your own cakes or refreshments. If you're interested in refreshments, you can choose from the offerings at our café.
